- Primarily Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with a rotation for weekends and holidays. This ensures that our patients receive consistent care and support throughout the week. You can anticipate a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where teamwork and excellence are valued.

- Educate patients on fertility treatments, medications, and care plans
- Coordinate and manage IVF and fertility treatment cycles
- Provide injection training and medication guidance
- Triage patient questions and manage follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, IVF lab, surgery center, and billing teams
- Assist with lab review and patient communication
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners
