Entry-Level Laborer (Contract)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Laborer to assist construction and service crews with a variety of manual labor tasks.
This contract position supports pool construction, pool services and repairs, renovations, and new build excavation and site grading operations.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and capable of using common construction tools under supervision.
Location: Wylie, Texas

Responsibilities:
Assist construction and service crews
Digging, lifting, carrying, and site cleanup
Support pool construction, repairs, and renovations
Assist excavation and grading crews
Safely operate gas-powered and battery-powered tools and saws
Wash vehicles and maintain equipment
Grease equipment and perform yard duties
Follow safety rules and company policies
Schedule:
Full-time hours
Shift work may be required
Occasional weekends required
Qualifications:
No prior experience required
Ability to take directions and fast learner of new skills
Ability to safely use tools with training
Physically able to perform labor outdoors
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must comply with Texas workplace safety
Compensation:
$120.00 per day
