Overview:
The Regional Vice President (RVP) drives new business growth and lending across the Southlake and Dallas branch offices. This role leads staff, builds strong community relationships, and ensures sound credit quality while managing complex loan portfolios.
What You'll do Every Day:
· Generate new business and grow loan volume
· Build and maintain relationships with agricultural and business customers
· Lead and mentor branch staff to achieve sales and lending goals
· Structure, approve, and service complex credit packages
· Represent the Association in the real estate and financial services community to expand market presence
· Ensure credit quality and sound loan administration
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, ag economics, agribusiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Progressive experience in banking, real estate lending, or agricultural lending
· Leadership experience
· Proven record of business development and loan growth
