Well established Insurance Agency looking for an outgoing individual to join our support staff. We are looking for someone who is mature, reliable, loyal, trustworthy, honest, and who works well with others. Job Responsibilities: Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls; taking messages and delivering them as needed Receiving, sorting, and delivering daily mail. Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, positive attitude and team-player mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English encouraged to apply) In addition, this team member should be able to provide information and assistance to clients/customers, and sales agents in a friendly and courteous manner. .
This is a Full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8:15 am – 5:15 pm. Earned vacation and sick time available also. Numerous extended holidays off.
