What You’ll Do as a Day Maker:

• Provide outstanding service at the pay station – every interaction is a chance to make a guest’s day.
• Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests’ needs and demonstrating value—exceptional service drives natural membership growth.
• Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand.

Compensation:

• $13 - $15 per hour
• Enjoy free car washes as part of our team!
• This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable.
• Prior sales experience is required, but we’re committed to supporting and training motivated individuals who are ready to sharpen their skills.
• Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work.
• Enjoy working outside, rain or shine.
• Reliable and able to work your scheduled shifts on time, every time.
