Job Duties:Provides legal guidance and support on matters affecting the agency. Researches and interprets laws, rules, and regulations; drafts legal opinions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents; and advises agency leadership and staff. Supports civil litigation by coordinating with the Office of the Attorney General and assisting with case preparation.
