• Job Duties:This position reports to the Estelle unit on a daily basis. Duties include direct contact with incarcerated inmates. Day-to-day functions include providing case management services to inmates in the justice system. They serve as a liaison between inmates, families, and other service providers. Case Managers use development strategies like cognitive behavioral tools, problem solving coaching and skill building exercise to help change unhealthy thought patterns and improve daily functioning.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have criminal justice experienceYou have case management experienceYou have a strong work ethicYou'd be a GREAT fit if:You have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal JusticeYou have a strong understanding of TDCJ policies and procedures
