Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging tools.
  • Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment plans clearly to patients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures.
  • Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Use dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, billing, and managing patient information seamlessly.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental health.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to medical documentation, medical terminology, and patient privacy laws.

Qualifications

  • Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience working with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures and work effectively with pediatric patients (pediatrics).
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment planning and delivery.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry and comprehensive medical documentation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry and infection control protocols in a clinical setting. Pay: $196,247.47 - $236,341.03 per year
