What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Prep position at Texas De Brazil?
We are looking to build our Hartford, CT team!
This is a Hourly position that requires evening, weekends and holiday availability.

You are also welcome to come by and apply at the Sawgrass restaurant in-person Monday-Fridays between 2pm to 4PM!
JOB DUTIES:
Come in two hours prior to restaurant opening and do the following plus other duties as assigned.
- Polish glassware and silver
- Set up patio (if applicable)
- Get bar fruit cut, set up coffee to brew
- Bus tables, fold napkins
- Clean stations after the shift
- Other duties as assigned
Presentarse dos horas antes de la apertura del restaurante y realizar las siguientes tareas, además de otras que se le asignen:
- Pulir cristalería y platería
- Arreglar el patio (si corresponde)
- Cortar la fruta del bar y preparar el café
- Limpiar las mesas y doblar las servilletas

*Restaurant experience is a plus but not necessary. / *La experiencia en restaurantes es una ventaja, pero no es necesaria.
