Teller - Foreign Currency Exchange

Overview

We are seeking skilled and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Foreign Currency Exchange Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while executing and managing currency exchange sales.

Located in Northeast Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and teller procedures.
• Balance till the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Research discrepancies (short or over) and provide detailed explanation or resolution in a timely manner
• Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security.
• Assist with teller opening and closing procedures of the branch.
• Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Answer phone calls & general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing teller training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
