Role Description The Inside Sales/CSR Rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders accurately in the system. The role includes following up with customers to ensure on-time deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales/CSR Rep will coordinate with production, shipping, and outside sales to meet customer requirements and timelines. Daily tasks also include maintaining account records, updating order status, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction and work effectively as part of a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products, lead times, and order details.
- Experience with order entry systems, CRM tools, or ERP platforms, and strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle time-sensitive requests, and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing or distribution environment and collaborating with operations and logistics teams.
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or account support; packaging, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training in business, sales, or customer relations is beneficial.
