What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef's instructions
- Set up and stock your station before service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and banquet services
- Help with prep work and kitchen organization
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
This is a part-time position with schedules based on club operations and special events.
During our busy season, the club is open Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays typically closed (except certain holidays and special events). After Labor Day, regular kitchen operations shift to Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch, with additional hours available for private events and banquets throughout the year.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected
