Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage
- Prepare estimates to repair vehicle
- Explain repair process to customers
- Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization
- Complete vehicle check-in with customer
- Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer
- Handle total loss process
- Perform final Quality Control inspection
- Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer
- Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior automotive collision estimating experience
- Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One preferred
- Proficient with a computer and software
- Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
- Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level
