Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling
- Check Patients In/Out
- Data entry into EMR as needed
- Follow Proper Protocol Procedures
- Answer Phones,Respond to Emails and Schedule Appointments
- Provide Consent Forms to New Patients
- Maintain work area clean and organized
- Gathers information on insurance coverage and/or responsible party, and verifies the accuracy of information; enters and/or updates patient demographics and insurance information for billing and data collection purposes.
- Verify insurance eligibility for all patients prior to the appointment.
- Obtain referral authorization or prior authorizations as needed
- Advises patients to bring the necessary documentation and information to each clinic visit.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Provide patients with education as needed.
- Retrieve voicemails and return phone calls within 24 hours.
- Record Patient charges for billing department.
- Collect payment, post payment verify insurance, and data entry
- Confident in presenting treatment plans and selling services
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service

- Building and maintaining relationships with patients
