Texas Care Beaumont is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A) to join our expanding behavioral health team.
This role allows you to complete supervised clinical hours while gaining hands-on experience in assessments, treatment planning, and community-based services.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Complete initial CANS/ANSA
- Develop Initial Treatment Plans
- Provide Skills Training & Case Management
- Deliver trauma-informed services to children and families
- Maintain high-quality Medicaid-compliant documentation (BIRP notes)
You will work closely with our supervising LPC and collaborate with a strong QMHP-CS team.

Qualifications
- Active LPC-Associate license (Texas)
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Under active supervision agreement
- Experience with children & families preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
