.Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of client relationships including business development, client service and risk management.
- Develop new ideas to expand services offered by the firm to clients.
- Work collaboratively across practice groups and departments (including legal) to provide seamless transaction execution.
- Evaluate client needs and develop customized solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Significant contacts within the entrepreneurial community and exposure to venture capital firms.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player who has worked collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors throughout career.
- Self-starter capable of working independently to drive results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines.
