Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaumont, TX, for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. Additional tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, providing expert advice on precious metals, and managing the sales process from initial communication to closing. The position also involves on-the-job training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their needs
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Ability to lead and facilitate Training to drive personal and team success
- Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset
- Prior knowledge or experience in the precious metals industry is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Beaumont, TX
