Branch Services Representative - North Longview

What you’ll need to be our Branch Services Representative:

• High school diploma or GED required, with some College experience preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role
• Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc.
• Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills
• Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication
• Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems
• Cash handling experience, preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role
• A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic

What you’ll do as the Branch Services Representative:

• Execute deposit and teller transactions with precision and accuracy
• Foster customer loyalty through personalized needs assessment and continued service to guide customers toward their financial goals
• Enhance customer value by identifying potential service opportunities, collaborating across departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to financial solutions
• Protect bank assets by diligently potential fraud and adhering to security and compliance protocols
• Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge on bank products, procedures, services, and technology to enhance customer experience
