Position Overview
We are looking for a Skilled Construction Installer with hands-on experience in framing and finish work.
You’ll work alongside our lead installer on job sites and in the warehouse, helping build high-end outdoor structures while growing into a larger role over time.
Responsibilities Job Site Construction
- Install pergolas, sheds, pavilions, and playsets
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Perform framing, leveling, anchoring, and structural assembly
- Complete finish work (trim, siding, detail work)
- Use power tools (drills, saws, impact drivers, etc.)
- Read and follow basic plans and layouts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Shop & Prep Work
- Pre-cut and stage materials
- Load/unload trucks with tools and materials
- Maintain organization of shop and tools
Materials & Logistics
- Pick up materials from suppliers (Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.)
- Assist with inventory of lumber, fasteners, and hardware
Requirements
- 2 years construction, carpentry, or framing experience
- Experience with finish work (trim, siding, detail work)
- Comfortable using power tools
- Able to read a tape measure accurately
- Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills (Plus)
- Framing or carpentry experience
- Finish carpentry
- Deck or fence building
- Concrete work (footings, anchors)
- Equipment operation (skid steer, auger)
- Trailer or truck driving
