This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Counter Sales representative located in Lubbock, TX. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and efficient solutions while ensuring accurate inventory control to meet customer needs effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and addressing customer needs professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and suppliers.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
