Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a dancer and/or dance instructor
- Strong technical background across a range of dance styles (jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, pom, etc.)
- Demonstrated choreography experience, including routines for performances, showcases, or competitive settings
- Ability to lead structured, progression-based classes for various age groups and levels
- Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent athlete development
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Instruct high-quality dance classes aligned to program standards and skill progressions
- Create original choreography for teams, performances, and special events
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to support dancer growth
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment
