Qualifications
Required Education
- High School graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be friendly, courteous, and have strong people and verbal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions
- Cashiering- Cashiers lots on special events (Football, Ring Day, Basketball, Graduations, etc.) by taking appropriate ticket or cash for their assigned lot and letting customers enter appropriate lot.
- Customer Service- Answers questions from customers in relation to where to park on special events parking days.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Training will be provided. Must be able to work all A&M home football games.
- Scheduled hours will vary from 6:00am to 10:00pm depending on each game’s start time.
- Friday shifts may also be available.

- Employees are responsible for the following: representing the department to internal and external customers by actively supporting Aggie Core Values; maintaining 100% “on time” compliance with all university required training for all employees; approving time worked and requesting appropriate leave in a timely manner; reading and responding to e-mail; reviewing/reading information listed on the department intranet; performing assigned tasks in a safe manner and utilizing personal protective items/equipment as appropriate or instructed by supervisor or department; reporting unsafe actions or conditions to supervisor immediately and supporting and following unit/department safety guidelines, practices and policies.
- Persons in this position will be required to drive state vehicle to travel to various parts of campus and are considered essential when the University declares an emergency, campus closure, class cancellations, etc.
