As a Camp Counselor at Camp Adventure, you will have the amazing opportunity to either serve as a:
- Group Counselor: Be the guiding star for a group of campers, leading them through a day filled with various activities and unforgettable moments.
- Activity Counselor: Share your passion and expertise by leading thrilling activities like archery, pickleball, challenge courses, performing arts, camp crafts, and more.
Salary: $8.75/hourly
Cover Letter and Resume: A cover letter and resume are strongly recommended
Schedule:
- Camp Adventure will operate from May 25 – June 5, 2026
- Mandatory training will be held on May 23 and May 24, 2026
- Hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday - Friday
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with kids ages 8–12
Depending on the chosen role:
- Group Counselors - stay with the same group of campers all day and take them to each activity
- Activity Counselors - lead specific activities for various camper groups
