Supervisors Title: Manager of Marketing & Communications
Work Schedule: Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible based on student’s course schedule)
Job Purpose and Function
Under general direction of the Manager of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Student Worker will be responsible for supporting all areas of the 12th Man Foundation’s marketing and communications efforts to help the organization achieve its mission of funding scholarships, programs and facilities in support of championship athletics.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Assist with writing, editing and design of digital and print materials.
- Assist in coordinating, producing and executing email communications.
- Assist in planning and executing of social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of graphics projects.
- Track and report progress of ongoing marketing and communication initiatives.
- Serve as a contributor to the 12th Man Magazine.
- Support planning and production of the 12th Man Foundation podcast.
- Assist with organizing and archiving 12th Man Foundation historical assets.
- Event duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours of work per week.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in college athletics or the marketing and communications field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks.
