What you’ll do…

As Chief Development Officer for Texas A&M University Health, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s mission to improve health outcomes through education, research, and service. In this leadership position, you will guide the philanthropic strategy for TAMU Health, collaborating closely with academic leadership, faculty, and the Texas A&M Foundation to secure transformational support for students, faculty, research initiatives, clinical programs, and community health efforts across Texas and beyond.

  • 5 Colleges and Schools: Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health.

What We Require…

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate complex situations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High motivation, proactive approach, and strong work-ethic.
  • Commitment to the mission and vision of Texas A&M Foundation

We’d love to find someone with…

  • Master’s degree
  • 8 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Proven success in fundraising within the healthcare industry
  • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), or other comparable certification
  • Experience in non-profit organization or higher education sectors
  • Knowledge of donor database management systems, preferably Salesforce
