Position Information

The Custodian, under supervision, provides daily, general cleaning services to Center buildings.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, applies finish to floors, dusts, and cleans glass, walls, and restrooms.
• Assists with trash removal from buildings.
• Cleans/polishes metal hardware, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, and mixes cleaning chemicals.
• Reports major damage on equipment.
• Performs other duties as directed.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No prior experience required.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
  

What You Need To Know

Salary: This is an hourly paid position. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
