Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Program Launch: 2026 (Start Date TBD)
Texarkana Therapy Center is growing and bringing ABA services to our Atlanta, TX location in 2026. We are currently accepting applications for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) interested in joining this new program.
This role offers the chance to help shape services in a smaller clinic setting while still being supported by a larger, established team.
Position Overview
The RBT will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on functional communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.

- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Track and record data during sessions
- Communicate progress with supervising BCBA and team members
- Support generalization of skills across environments
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Experience with children required; ABA experience preferred
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently with support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Program launching in 2026 (start date TBD)
- Flexible scheduling options as program builds
- Training and onboarding provided ahead of launch
- Close-knit team environment with room for growth
