What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance, Licensed-IPM Applicator position at Texarkana ISD?
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Assist in following routine maintenance and repair procedures for assigned areas to maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency of all buildings and equipment. Organize and manage IPM district needs and treatment application.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Pest and lawn applicator license from the Texas Department of Agriculture
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of basic techniques of repair and new installation of assigned areas (carpentry, electrical, HV/AC, plumbing, etc.)
Ability to operate tools and equipment common to assigned area
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Experience:
Three to five years experience in maintenance related work
Paygrade 308
Salary : $19 - $28
