PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide leadership, coordination, and operational support for districtwide facility services under the direction of the Director of Facility Services. Coordinate facility operations, special events, and facility rental programs to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused use of district facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Class B CDL preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of school facility operations, maintenance systems, and custodial practices
Knowledge of Texas school safety regulations, risk management, and public facility use
Experience coordinating special events and large-scale operational logistics
Knowledge of digital work order and facility reservation systems
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports
Skill in conflict resolution and problem-solving
Proficiency with facility management software platforms
Experience:
Three-five years of supervisory experience
Experience in public education preferred
Experience in facilities operations preferred
Salary : $58,365 - $84,864
