- Assist with customer satisfaction and quality control

- Maintain and update the visual displays, communicating with IT on monitor issues
- Develop and update claims systems and processing to make them more efficient
- Archive and maintain Quality Records maintained by the Technical/Quality Department in compliance with
QMS
- Scan, file, and store all TKA production run cards
- Create SOPs and work instructions for run card processing and claim processing.
- Comply with TKA Safety Policy and participate in Safety Programs
- Learn and understand physical and chemical testing performed on products and coolant, and how to
interpret the results
- Have a working knowledge of Aluminum Association Standards
- Maintain communication with TCI and TKA IT about claim systems improvements and IT projects
- Participate in TPM (2/quarter)
- Maintain lab technician proficiencies
- Maintain communication with TCI, TKA, ERI account managers, customer service, and field service
engineers about customer concerns and claims
- Provide clerical and technical support for the Quality Department
- Know and understand the SQM System and how to read and interpret the PHC data from all machines
for claims processing and to alert the quality team of any relevant findings.
- Learn how to maintain the SQM and keep the system running properly.
- Develop a streaming video system for all rolling machines to work in conjunction with the SQM System to
aid the team in identifying mill defects and improving the accuracy of the PHC data.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of any process changes made in the mill as they may relate to quality.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Typing skills
- Knowledge of GRP, MES, and TKA Website
- Quarterly Cross Training Refresher in the Quality Laboratory.
