Overview
Texana Outdoor Services crew leaders are the face of the company, the people clients see regularly working on their properties. The team members provide high-quality landscape maintenance.
Duties
- Supervise all crew activities and work alongside the crew performing daily landscaping tasks like mulching, planting, mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, debris removal, and operating small equipment.
- Lead and train a team to ensure high-quality maintenance on properties.
- Act as the on-site client point of contact when servicing the client’s property.
- Monitor job sites, assess needs, ensure safety protocols are followed, and report progress or problems to management.
- Responsible for submitting inspection forms (vehicle, trailer, and equipment)
- Able to work with people from all backgrounds with good communication skills
- Texana team members must be able to work outdoors, in all Texas weather conditions, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks (ability to lift 50lbs regularly).
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Clean driving record
Optional: Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
