What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims like a total pro.✅ Keeping our clients happy by providing A customer service via phone, email, and in person.✅ Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes—accuracy is your middle name!✅ Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.✅ Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence.✅ Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.
What You Bring to the Table
🎯 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred).📜 Active P&C License—you’re legit!📞 Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.🔍 Insane attention to detail—you catch what others miss.💻 Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.⚡ Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
