Qualifications
- Customer service skills with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and clear communication.
- Technical ability in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair practices for heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Experience performing Preventive Maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment life.
- EPA certification (or eligibility to obtain) for handling refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Prior experience as an HVAC technician or in a related mechanical trade, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders; basic proficiency with digital service tools.
