We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement programs that improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize manufacturing losses.
- Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Conduct process and product audits and support quality and compliance initiatives.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on safety, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support new product development and coordinate manufacturing implementation activities.
- Collaborate with production leadership to troubleshoot operational issues and improve manufacturing performance.
- Assist with scheduling, raw material planning, and production support activities.
- Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CMMS/EAM software preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing environment with variable temperatures, moving equipment, and forklift traffic.
- Required use of PPE including safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and respirators as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
