Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead recruitment efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws across all operations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and other legal requirements.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) ADP platforms like Workday, ADP to streamline data collection, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous growth.
- Handle complex employee relations issues through effective conflict management and negotiation skills while promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management functions such as talent management, employee evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing strategies including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ADP tools for effective recruiting.
- Strong organizational design skills coupled with experience in process improvement and program management to optimize HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff alike.
- Proficiency in ADP platform for data analysis and HR process automation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration required.
