We are seeking energetic and dependable Sprinter Van Drivers to join our dynamic delivery team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating a Sprinter van to deliver packages, goods, and materials efficiently across designated routes. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Sprinter van or similar box truck to pick up and deliver goods along assigned routes.
• No touch freight small package handling at times
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) & FMCSA regulations and traffic laws.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle environment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch using mobile devices to confirm routes, delivery statuses, and any issues encountered.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing their needs courteously.
• Have a newer iPhone or Samsung to download apps for tracking &
• Follow warehouse operations procedures for loading, unloading, and handling materials, including heavy lifting and moving items as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles with a focus on route driving and customer interaction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial truck driving, manual transmission operation, and safe driving practices.
• Experience with warehouse operations, including manual handling, material handling equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts), and heavy lifting.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, weight handling in the workplace, and adherence to traffic safety laws.
• Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation purposes.
• Warehouse experience involving moving goods efficiently within storage facilities or distribution centers.
• Excellent manual handling skills combined with safe lifting practices to prevent injury during load & unload activities.
• Must have CLEAN driving record & NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND
