As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cost Segregation Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Cost Segregation Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for promoting our cost segregation services, building strong relationships with property owners, real estate investors, Developers, and CPA financial professionals to achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and qualify potential clients identified as the target market.
- Develop and execute sales plans to generate new business and expand our client base.
- Present and promote the value proposition of our cost segregation services to clients through compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with our internal teams including tax professionals, business development, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and referral sources to generate repeat business and client referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in tax laws related to cost segregation, and communicate relevant insights to clients.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast revenue performance.
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of Cost Segregation and its benefits is a plus, but not necessary.

Compensation is set based on experience and is a combination of a base salary plus commission.
