Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and business rules
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-related issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation (system design, configurations, user guides)
Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural/design discussions
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry best practices

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes and automation
Experience with ServiceNow modules:
ITSM (IT Service Management)
CSM / PSDS (Customer Service Management)
HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
