Job Description:
The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test activities across multiple SDLC phases. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution.
Validate data flow between mainframe systems and integrated interfaces.
Collaborate with Test Supervisor, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation and progress reports.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience with SDLC and testing methodologies.
5 years of mainframe testing including COBOL, JCL, DB2, and batch job analysis.
Experience with API testing tools.
Salesforce testing experience and UAT support (preferred).
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Tricentis qTest.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a remote setup.
Knowledge of Child Support domain and applicable regulations is a plus.
