We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce development, system integrations, and multi-system architectures, with the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including exposure to complex projects, data dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in key development languages and data formats such as JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
- Proven experience working with multi-system architectures and implementing redundancy design principles.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Copado and Jira.
- Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
