Your Role:
- Perform tasks such as updating various Microsoft file types.
- Provide support for legacy records and review and comment on documents.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, technical writing, or English.
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience demonstrated performance, and education may substitute for degree requirements.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in using MS Word.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records and manage configuration/change control.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing applications for formatting, developing, and revising procedures, manuals, reports, presentation materials, etc.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
