The Marketing Manager will play an important role in the Tetra Pak marketing team by delivering an integrated customer marketing approach including products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, defining business opportunities for market/customer based on consolidating and analyzing broad set of market data; deploying marketing services program as suitable per customer; ensuring voice of market to Global teams, and deploying promotional investment budget.
In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to engage with the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure to both the food and beverage packaging and retail industry in the USA and Canada.
The Tetra Pak Marketing team supports the growth and innovation pipelines of local and global accounts across the U.S and Canada. The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will have ample opportunity to experience one of the world's fastest growing markets firsthand.

The position is hybrid, based in Denton, TX.

You will be travelling around 25% - 30% of your time to events and customer sites.

Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require international relocation to the United States.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

• Work with our specialists across many areas of marketing, including Marketing Services, Portfolio, Business Insights & Analytics.
• Collaborate with our marketing team and support cross-functional teams and customers with market intelligence, category and customer analysis.
• Work with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Portfolio, Innovation and Business Insights and Analytics teams.
• Lead marketing interactions with customers.
• Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
• Deliver Innovation services for customers drawing materials according to Tetra Pak methodologies.
• Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
• Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with cluster business intelligence participating in research projects as needed.
• Use of research data with customers.
• Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• A Bachelors degree or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration with a minor in Marketing is required
• Working knowledge of the US and Canadian consumers, trends and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands with at least five years’ Marketing experience in US based professional, corporate environment.
• A data-oriented mind set with the ability to develop insights and tell a story
• Strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
• Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity
• Interest and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities
• A drive for results and thorough follow-up
• Great communication skills, fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
• Social media strategy and campaign management experience
