Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant with expertise across multiple Oracle modules, including Oracle Financials (AP/AR/GL), SCM (PO/INV/OM), HCM, Procurement, and Projects. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Dallas, TX and support implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
Responsibilities:
Work on end-to-end Oracle multi-module implementation and support.
Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design across modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, and Projects.
Configure and customize Oracle modules based on business requirements and best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, UAT, integration, and deployment.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across multiple Oracle modules and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare documentation, functional specs, test scripts, and user training materials.
Qualifications:
8 years of hands-on Oracle experience with multiple modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects).
Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle EBS / Fusion module processes.
Experience with Oracle upgrades, R12, or cloud migration (Fusion/Cloud) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
