Role Overview
As the Student Enrollment Manager – USA, you will be at the forefront of driving Tetr’s presence across the United States, spearheading market expansion and creating impactful, lasting
relationships with high school counselors, study abroad agents, and educational
stakeholders.
This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to influence Tetr's growth trajectory in
one of the world’s most competitive and sophisticated educational landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Tetr’s USA Market Launch: Own and drive end-to-end operations for Tetr’s growth in the region, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build, scale, and nurture B2B partnerships with high schools, counselors, and study-abroad agencies, positioning Tetr as the top choice for students.
• Brand Representation: Represent Tetr at top education fairs, institutional visits, and key regional events to ensure our mission and values are strongly represented.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing local team, aligning their efforts with Tetr’s global vision while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Brand Custodian: Act as the guardian of Tetr’s brand in the USA, ensuring brand integrity and positioning aligns with our global standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with global admissions, marketing, and strategy teams to tailor and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and initiatives in the USA.
Who You Are
• Fluent in: English
• Networked: You have established relationships with high school counselors, education consultants, and key industry players across the USA
• Experienced: 5 years in student recruitment or international admissions, with a proven track record.
• Leadership-Oriented: Confident, target-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, cross-border environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Experience working in global undergraduate admissions programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive GTM strategies
