Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Jackson, WY. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy to individuals and families, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case management. The position also involves supporting clients with mental health needs and facilitating family therapy sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mental Health and Family Therapy
- Knowledge of Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Background in Social Work or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with youth and families is a plus
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
