What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant Assistant Supervisor position at TETON VALLEY HEALTH CARE, INC?
The Medical Assistant Supervisor participates as an active team member in a medical assistant role while overseeing the day-to-day operations of TVHC’s medical assistants. The Supervisor is responsible for such duties as hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and progressive discipline of TVHC employees, in conjunction with the Clinic Director. The Medical Assistant Supervisor ensures Clinic protocols are adhered to as well as TVHC policies.
Sign-On Bonus: This position qualifies for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus is structured in two installments: $2,500 paid on your first regular paycheck, and $2,500 paid upon the successful completion of one year of employment.
