ResponsibilitiesF
- Operate heavy-duty packing machinery and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently to prepare products for shipment
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Palletize finished goods according to specified stacking patterns, ensuring stability and safety
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and completeness before packing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery safeguards
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed to support overall warehouse operations
Experience
- Prior experience in packing, palletizing, or operating heavy-duty equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety compliance
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy machinery operation is a plus
