Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health status
- Following care plans and ensuring client safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and transfer clients safely
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in CPR and First Aid but not required when you start
- Training in dementia care or related fields
