We are a rapidly growing, fast paced American manufacturer specializing in highest quality leather goods. Our perfect candidate has at least 5 years of management experience, can confidently lead our team, understands deadlines and logistics, and can think on their feet to quickly problem solve and adjust the sails as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements by analyzing workflow data, identifying bottlenecks, and applying lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements
