We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Jackson, Wyoming team. This role is central to THB’s client-focused delivery model, working closely with a Superintendent to coordinate both office and field operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and experienced in managing the many moving parts of a high-end custom residential project.
Project Management & Scheduling
- Lead project initiation, subcontractor buyout, budget tracking, billing, labor projections, and change management
- Develop and manage project schedules, including sequencing, milestones, and short-interval look-ahead plans
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, scopes of work, procurement, and long-lead materials
- Maintain disciplined cost control and ensure alignment between budget, scope, and schedule
- Communicate project decisions, expectations, and changes clearly to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve potential risks impacting cost, scope, schedule, or quality
- Maintain comprehensive schedules, procurement logs, submittal logs, and meeting documentation
- Lead regular internal coordination meetings and Owner–Architect–Contractor (OAC) meetings
- Ensure scope changes are documented accurately and processed promptly
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Uphold THB’s values of transparency, professionalism, and collaboration in every interaction
- Work closely with leadership to address issues that may impact project performance or client satisfaction
- Support continuity and consistency across the project team, ensuring a cohesive client experience
- Maintain accurate drawings, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change orders, and cost documentation
- Oversee project closeout including as-built documents, warranty packages, and manuals
- Contribute to post-project evaluations to improve systems and performance
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and administrative staff
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Experience managing budgets for high end residential construction projects .
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; construction management, architecture, engineering, or related technical background is a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Procore, Sage 100, and Microsoft Office required
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools preferred
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical construction documents
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and solutions-focused demeanor
- Ability to lead through collaboration, consistency, and accountability
- Ability to work in both office settings and active construction environments
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, and navigate uneven terrain as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and snow
- Ability to safely use ladders, stairs, and other jobsite access points
